LOL What is the purpose of this post? You clearly dont give a rats ass about playing in their pub(s) considering you were banned in the first place and have never treated FAA with the least amount of respect. Rather than act like you're above these nice people who enjoy nothing more than enjoying themselves....why not go find a better way to spend your time.
Umm because I do still play there and all my friends play there. And the rest of my team still plays there.
I'm not trying to humor you or myself burtoN.
And as you can see we've been treating the whole community a lot more respect since we've been coming in regularly. I don't find people calling us cheaters respectful, but we deal with it.
I would appreciate it if you would keep your negativity out of this thread.
EDIT: the main reason is that I want to be unbanned, but no one is replying to my appeal request. I figure if some people that were permabanned can get unbanned, I don't see why I can't either.
burt, i understand where you're coming from...but i can't help but ask when faa leaders have ever shown respect towards me? i enjoy pubbing with all the regulars...well maybe not all...but for some reason whiz and i cannot let bygones be bygones. i seriously try to be polite and respect the admins...but sooner or later, i feel as if my buttons get pushed. i seriously try to bite my tongue and not even say anything to whiz because i have a lot of real life friends that play there and a lot of ingame people i've come to like
an example of this would be when marcellus lied in a thread he made, and i had people to prove his lie, yet no investigation or appeal occured. and i guess the latest example would be whiz tking me with no opponents around, not apologizing or saying anything, and i get banned for freezing him...though i don't care about the temp ban, there are 2 things wrong with this
1. 0 respect shown by not even a simple "sry" in team chat
2. i got banned because of an ingame addon that the admins chose to include in the server
this isn't a court system. When you pay for the majority of things and put years of effort into building the community you have every right to be stubborn towards who ever the hell you want. Bridges have been burned in the past by HG towards whiz and other people and when i was around you guys ran around like complete dickheads (not to say i was anything short of an angel by any means haha) but accept that so and so doesnt like you and move on. You may not have done anything yourself but you choose who you hang around with and are every bit responsible for the image that the team represents.

So don't tell him to get friends outside of the game. And I fail to see how we've been COMPLETE dickheads. I mean when we first played in here I treated it like every other pub server. Then when I realized it was different, I've shown more respect to FaA and it's players. I'm pretty sure everyone in the server has noticed it. I don't even see you playing in the server, ever, burtoN.
I'm sorry Relik but your request is just a ploy to subvert the system that FaA has set up. It shows a lack of respect for everyone not only FaA. And Akira the same for your remark. Whiz's grandmother and all her friends could be paying for this server and it would not matter in the least. Whiz Dice and Joe are the people in charge and they respect each others opinions and feelings. For you to drive a nail into that relation with that comment shows a level of maturity that needs growth.
In the past I've donated considerably to the server without ever requesting that my donation be tied to influence. I trust in the judgment of the Admins and try to abide by the rules. Lets all review the rules that FaA have set and move on. If tomorrow I stepped out of line and tk'd and sat on my ass and didn't follow team strats and was banned for said behavior , I would accept that and hope for leniency to get my status back. I would not grovel in the forum and make insinuations.
Sorry for the rant , and I truly am not trying to ruffle any feathers here and hope my comments are considered constructive and not insulting.
im sure moopi that if u were temp banned for using an ingam mod, it would urk you a little bit.
but tbh, any post that isnt from a faa roster player is pretty much just a trolled post. and what try to do trolls do? ruffle feathers. all we asked was gor a scrim with a little wager behind it, nothing more
I really don't know who was banned and for what reasons. I do know that when a player that has been banned makes a post to be unbanned, that is handled by the admin who banned the player. If you got no response it is because the person who banned you don't want to discuss it any further most likely. Or is waiting for time to go by, to when the admin feels it is time for the unbanning of said banned person.
Team challenges will not decide whether or not someone is to be unbanned.
The only absolute perma-banning that I know of is hacking. Or repeat offenses. Most anything else is just a time-out. I think it would depend on the ban.
my personal answer is no. You are attempting to wager skill which has nothing to do with why you were banned. You were banned for attitude and behavior alone. Nobody ever questioned your skills in game and to throw that on the table is not the correct way to get unbanned.
Also as previously stated ranting about how one of the main people in charge 'banned you for no reason' is not a good way to get unbanned. More than likely you got banned for a culmination of activities that led up to the point where you were banned for freezing an admin. Whatever his reason it doesn't matter because this isn't a democracy it is a dictatorship and he can do whatever he wants. Don't like it? stop complaining and just leave

There is no need to continue any further discussion unless it is you starting a conversation seeking to be unbanned (which you personally relik have already done with obviously no success for the reasons listed above in my post).
